If you wish to use another payment method to pay for an order, then you should cancel your order and submit a new one. You can cancel an order manually in the "Order History" section of your account or by contacting Azarius customer service.
Azarius accepts a wide variety of credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa. If your payment card fails, you can use the ‘Reorder’ option on the ‘Order History’ page of your account. If the payment fails again, please use an alternative payment method.
Azarius accepts the following methods of payment:
- Credit card (Instant)
- Azarius gift cards
The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on the payment method. Credit card refunds, for example, can take up to 10 working days.
